Elderberries have antiviral, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating properties, and loads of Vitamin C. They have a long history as a classic wintertime remedy for colds and flus.
Directions: Add drops to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day. Adults may take as is. 25-49lbs: 5 drops / 50-74lbs: 10 drops / 75-99lbs: 15 drops / 100+ lbs: 20 drops. Store in a cool dry place. Shake well before use.
